Private or corporate group sound baths can be held at a venue of your choice or in the comfort of your own home.

1-2-1 Personalised Sound Bath

A great all-round sound journey, this is great for pure relaxation using a gong, Koshi chimes, crystal pyramid, crystal singing bowls and ocean drum.  Enjoy in the comfort of your own home or in my space.

Please Note

If you have opted to have your sound session in-person at your own home, an assessment will be made to ensure it is the right environment in terms of space, accessibility and parking. For online sessions a computer/laptop and set of headphones/buds to ensure maximum sound is essential.

Please provide your own water, blankets, eye mask and anything else you would like to make your sound journey relaxing.

Contraindications

Sound healing is safe and beneficial for most people. It is advised to not receive Sound Healing or a Sound Bath if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have steel rods in the body, a pacemaker or suffer from Tinnitus, Ménière’s disease or Epilepsy. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, please consult your doctor and message me with any questions before booking.
