* Please note, if you are purchasing a Sound Soul Gift Voucher on behalf of a 3rd person, it is up to you to ensure the person or persons taking part in the sound bath or sound therapy session have read the Sound Soul T&Cs and Sound Soul notes on the booking form.  This is to ensure a safe and relaxing experience.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Sound Soul ("we," "our," or "us"), a sound therapy practice. By engaging in our services, including participating in sound baths, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Sound therapy, including sound baths, may not be suitable for everyone. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for consulting with a licensed healthcare provider (e.g., your doctor) before engaging in sound therapy, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

• Sound Soul does not provide medical advice, and our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.

• You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that sound therapy is safe for you. We recommend consulting with your doctor if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, or suffer from conditions like epilepsy, severe mental health disorders, or other health concerns.
   

3. Participation at Your Own Risk

• You voluntarily choose to participate in sound therapy (including sound baths) at your own risk.

• By participating, you waive any claim or liability against Sound Soul for any adverse effects, physical or emotional, arising from your participation in sound therapy sessions.

• Sound Soul is not responsible for any harm, injury, or negative health effects that may result from sound therapy.
   

4. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sound Soul, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in sound therapy.

5. Booking and Cancellations

• All bookings must be made through the official channels provided by Sound Soul (e.g., website, email, phone).

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to attend a session without notice may incur a charge.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.
   

6. Payment Terms

• Payment for sound therapy sessions is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment methods accepted include [list payment options, e.g., bank transfer, credit card].

• In the case of non-payment, Sound Soul reserves the right to refuse or cancel services.
   

7. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate your treatment.

• We may collect non-sensitive personal data for the purpose of providing sound therapy services and improving our offerings. You may request access to your personal data at any time.
   

8. Modifications to Terms
Sound Soul reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
