These Terms of Business set out the basis on which Sound Soul (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides services to clients (“you”, “your”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Sound Soul

Sound Soul provides sound-based wellbeing experiences, including curated and bespoke sessions delivered remotely and privately.

Services are offered as complementary wellbeing support and are not medical or clinical treatments.

 

2. Nature of Services

All services provided by Sound Soul:

• Are complementary in nature

• Are intended to support rest, regulation, and wellbeing

• Do not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical treatment

• Do not replace advice, diagnosis, or care from a qualified medical professional

• Clients remain responsible for their own health and wellbeing decisions.

3. Eligibility

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

• You are over 18 years of age

• You understand the nature of the service being offered

• You will consult a qualified medical professional if you have any concerns about your physical or mental health

If you are unsure whether a service is suitable for you, please seek medical advice before proceeding.

4. Engagement & Availability

Engagements are offered on a limited basis and subject to availability.

Sound Soul reserves the right to decline or discontinue an engagement at its discretion, where it is considered appropriate to do so.

5. Booking & Payment

• Payment is required in advance direct to the business bank and sometimes other payment providers (such as Stripe)

• Access details are provided following confirmation of payment

• All prices are stated in the relevant currency and are non-negotiable unless agreed in writing

• Third-party payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the nature of the services offered:

• Payments are non-refundable 

• Where rescheduling is possible, this is offered at our discretion and subject to availability

Any requests for changes should be made as early as possible.

7. Confidentiality & Discretion

All personal information and correspondence shared with Sound Soul is treated as confidential.

We do not share client information except where required by law or necessary to deliver the service (e.g. secure payment processing).

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring they are in a suitable, safe, and comfortable environment during sessions

• Using the services in a manner consistent with their own wellbeing

• Seeking appropriate medical or professional advice where necessary

• Sound Soul accepts no responsibility for decisions made by clients outside the scope of the services provided.

• Ensuring to advise Sound Soul of any medical issues in writing prior to any sound sessions or healing therapy commencing including but not limited to:

 

Pacemaker or implanted electrical device

Pregnancy

Sound sensitivity / tinnitus

Epilepsy or sound-triggered seizures

Metal implants or plates

Severe mental health conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Sound Soul shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of services, except where caused by negligence

• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results

 

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, audio, video, and materials provided during sessions, remains the intellectual property of Sound Soul.

Content may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written permission.

You agree to use this website in a lawful and respectful manner. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site where misuse occurs.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

Sound Soul reserves the right to update services, pricing, or these Terms of Business at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
